- Bachelor degree or S1 from reputable university, preferable majoring in Psychology.
- Max 35 years old
- Minimum 3 years experience in same position preferred in mining industry.
- Experience in recruitment based competency (assessment & tools) and development candidate database
- Experience in interview technique, Psychological tools, scoring and interpretation.
- Experience dealing with Manpower, site mobilization and demobilization will be an advantages.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Excellent Computer literate.
