HR. ASSISTANCE MANAGER ( TANAH GROGOT )

Urgently Required

Main Requirements:

· Male / Female
· Bachelor Degree from a recognized university
· Minimum 5 years experience in HR organization
· Excellent knowledge in Labor Law and its application in the company, HR

Procedures and Processes, Recruitment, Payroll, Salary structure, Performance evaluation, Jamsostek, Compensation and benefit.

· Knowledge of Industrial Relation, and has experience with Serikat Pekerja, LSM and Government
· Having good skill in interpersonal, and communication
· Strong leadership qualities, positive attitude, initiative and independent

Salary: Negotiable

Depending on experience and qualifications
