TRAINING OFFICER (TRO)
(based in Bintaro, Tangerang)

Requirement :

Male/Female 27-35 years old.

Bachelor degree from Psychology/Pharmacy.

Min 2 years experiences in training section (preferably having experiences in pharmaceutical, food and beverage, or chemist manufacturing company).

Having experience to set up training need analysis, training module, training evaluation and training effectiveness.

Having Good communication skills and an excellent team work/team coordination.

Strong analytical skills and has a creative problem solving abilities.

Would like to be placed in Bintaro (Tangerang)
