· Have 3 years experience in the same position

· Willing to be located in Surabaya
· Strong leadership skill, mature
Salary: About Rp. 13 – 14 mio per month (net) ++

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
YOU are responsible to assist Senior Information System Analyst in supervising and executing human resources information system implementation to enhance existing HR Business Processes inline with company’s project management standards, procedures and policies as well as to ensure proper integration between HR system and other local and global systems during the project implementation.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
· Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Information System and/or Information Technology and/or equivalent educational background
· Fluent in both verbal and written English
· Possess knowledge and skills in SQL Programming and Excel Macro
· Possess knowledge of Global ERP software and HR business processes is an advantage
· Focus on details and accuracy in deliverables
· Having the ability to analyze and solve problems; create project documentation such as functional specification and test plan; perform system test and user acceptance test

YOU are responsible to provide maintenance and support for local and global information system solutions.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
· Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Information System and/or Information Technology and/or equivalent educational background
· Having minimum 2 years experiences in Information Services and Project Management
· Fluent in both verbal and written English
· Possess good understanding of key IS delivery processes and business processes

Mechanical Design Engineer
PT. AJ Mayr Engineering is a fully owned subsidiary of the Australian Company AJ Mayr, see www.ajmayr.com.au for more information. With a history of almost 40 years, AJ Mayr is servicing the oil and gas, petrochemical, nuclear, mining, aluminum processing and structural steel fabrication industries. Our chief expertise is in the design, fabrication and installation of pressure and cryogenic storage vessels and tanks, as well as high pressure piping systems and air separation plants.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a team of 5 design/draftspersons – assign work, check for errors, ensure deadlines are met. We aim at growing in future years
- Be able to teach, coach, mentor the junior staff with a view of increasing performance and efficiencies
- Continuous improvement – Review, analyze and assess current methods, propose and implement new software, better techniques, etc with a view of shortening lead times
- Act as contact between Indonesian and Australian Offices when required
- Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Mechanical Design on large scale projects in petrochemical, oil and gas, mining or structural steel industry
- An excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 3D
- Pro Steel and/or Tekla knowledge highly regarded
- Use Pro E or SolidWorks for design work/3D Modeling
- Experience with Australian, American or British Standards
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
