Job Description
Manage and ensure proper action and follow up taken towards purchasing and inventory issues within internal and external parties. Analyze issues occurred and resolve them in an appropriate ways or to escalate them if necessary to reach further decision. Supervise his/her team to perform as a buyer and as a planner so that inventory can be reached at contractual level and available at the right branches, at the right quantity and at the right time. Manage projects where improvements at the areas related are needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from any discipline
3 years in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management
Experience in Distribution Company is most Advantage
Fluent in English both oral and written
Good managerial and negotiation skills also understand the Pharmaceutical Distribution Business
Good communication and presentation skills
Strategic thinking and innovative
Internal relationship skills and teamwork is required

CHANGE MANAGEMENT MANAGER


Main Responsibilities in a project:
Accountable and responsiblefor assessing the change the project will impose on the business and other areas of the bank and define how those impacts will be managed; document this in the Business Impact Assessments document.
Accountable and responsible for defining, implementing and analysing the Change Readiness Assessments.
Accountable and responsible for defining and implementing the Communications Plan (dependent on project size)
Accountable and responsible for defining and delivering programme Change Management strategy and plan
Accountable and responsible for developing the Benefits Realisation Plan and Business Handover Plan
Accountable for documenting training needs analysis (to determine level of training required and audience to be trained)
Accountable for developing learning materials (will require explaining technical information in business language) as well as manage and prioritise updates to existing learning materials (which may include online learning solutions)
Accountable and responsible for facilitating and delivering training to stakeholders, including senior management and frontline staff
Accountable and responsible for providing input to Programme/Project Issues and Risks from a Change Management perspective
Accountable for engaging system resources (eg, IT Delivery manager) to ensure that they understand the process and business impact of the proposed system build
Accountable and responsible for reviewing documents (eg, Business Requirements and Functional Specifications etc) to ensure process and business impact can be addressed
Act as a role model by consistently displaying behaviours that encourage transparent and productive working relationships and a strong performance culture
Act as an advocate of the Change Management methodology and champion collaboration between business units and the wider project community to obtain successful change implementation
Complete detailed process maps to support the change process

Core Competencies:
Bachelor in Management/ related degree is preferred.
Good team player with good English communication skills to chase up approvals within the business. Must be able to pay attention to detail and follow control procedures
Good problem solver and numerate
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills in English both in writing and communication

Experience:
8 - 10 years experiences in Change Management area, in handling IT transformation is an advantage.
Preferably from consulting industry with experience in handling banking client will be an advantage

Develop new business and maintain relationship with existing clients

Requirements
Age between 35 to 45 years old
Familiar and experience with Business Catering
Hold OHSAS certification is a must
Experience using ISO is a must
Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal
Excellent in communication skill including in presentation, telephone , email and face to face
Excellent in organizational and time management skills
A positive attitude to dealing with people
