Recruitment & Assessment Senior Officer

Our Company, a holding company of mineral resources, is in search for new Recruitment & Assessment Senior Officer

 

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or S1 from reputable university, preferable majoring in Psychology.
• Max 35 years old
• Minimum 3 years experience in same position preferred in mining industry.
• Experience in recruitment based competency (assessment & tools) and development candidate database
• Experience in interview technique, Psychological tools, scoring and interpretation.
• Experience dealing with Manpower, site mobilization and demobilization will be an advantages.
• Good analytical and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
• Excellent Computer literate.
